Absolutely. We provide all the high quality materials needed for a secure move. If you choose our packing service, our crew will arrive fully equipped with boxes, tape, protective blankets and other necessary materials. For customers who prefer a DIY approach, we offer convenient moving kits for purchase through our webshop.

While we advise booking in advance for the best availability, we are highly flexible and frequently accept last minute bookings. Get in touch with your details, and we'll try our best to make it work.

Our Goods in transit insurance coverage applies only to items packed by our team. For full protection of your belongings, we highly recommend using our professional packing service. Please contact us for details.

Yes. We offer Euro Moves with full packing, container shipping, and part/full truck loading for relocations to and from Europe.

Yes, our team are highly experienced professionals who dismantle and reassemble furniture on a daily basis. We handle everything from standard bed frames and wardrobes to complex items like American fridge freezers.
For an efficient service, please share photos of the furniture beforehand so we can come fully prepared

Yes, We provide secure storage in London, monitored 24/7 with CCTV. Options are available for short term and long term storage.

Booking your move is simple and can be done in a few easy steps:

  1. Get in touch via phone, our website contact form, or a message on WhatsApp.
  2. Provide details of your move (addresses, inventory, special requirements).
  3. Receive a comprehensive, no obligation quote.
  4. Confirm your preferred date and time.
  5. Secure your booking by paying a deposit.

Once these steps are complete, your date is officially locked in and your move is booked.

We can disconnect your washing machine and move appliances but don’t handle plumbing or electrical work. However, if the plumbing already exists we can connect the washing machine or electronics for you.

We will always move all of your belongings securely inside your new property to the room of your choice. We do not leave items outside.

For insurance and operational reasons, we do NOT offer van rentals without a driver.

However, we do offer a Self Load Service. In this case, our driver will handle the driving between locations. Please note that the loading at the collection address and the unloading at the delivery address will be the customer's responsibility. This is our most cost effective option for those who are able to manage the loading and unloading themselves.

For safety and insurance reasons, we generally cannot accommodate passengers in the moving van. However, we understand this can be important, and we will always try to find a solution where possible. Please discuss your needs with us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you if circumstances allow.
